Павлов: Всі питання, з якими жителі міста звертаються до «Контакт-Центру», повинні бути опрацьовані в найкоротші терміни
Сучасний сервіс створений для ефективного зворотного зв’язку криворіжців із міськими службами.
Мер Костянтин Павлов провів робочу нараду з питання роботи «Контакт-Центру 1520». Від початку діяльності у тестовому режимі вже прийнято та опрацьовано майже 14 тисяч заявок жителів міста. Питання, що найбільше хвилюють людей, стосуються сфери ЖКХ, державних соціальних виплат, медицини, транспорту, тощо.
Про це повідомили у міському управлінні преси та внутрішньої політики.
Під час наради Костянтин Павлов підкреслив: «По-перше, тестовий режим показав ефективність самого центру. Ставлю завдання з 1 січня перейти з тестового режиму до повномасштабної роботи. По-друге, це стосується всіх управлінь – «Контакт-Центр» створений не для того, щоб просто поговорити з мешканцями і їх проблема залишиться невирішеною! Він створений для того, щоб був прямий зв’язок відповідальних осіб структурних підрозділів виконкому із жителями. Від моменту надходження дзвінка і того, як людина окреслила проблему, має проходити мінімальний час до його вирішення. Тому, ставлю завдання перед департаментами та управліннями взяти під особливий контроль своєчасне та якісне виконання звернень криворіжців. Це – ваша безпосередня робота і прямий обов’язок з сьогоднішнього дня».
«Контакт-Центр 1520» працює щодня та у вихідні. Звернутися зі своїми питаннями мешканці можуть за телефонами 1520 та 499-1520. Всі дзвінки - безкоштовні. Жителі мають можливість подати заявку з питань, віднесених до компетенції місцевої влади не лише за названими номерами, а й в будь-який час доби на мобільний додаток.
